Appointment was rushed, massage room brightly lit and music being played off of phone and too loud. Was greeted and told that it wasn’t time yet and to sit down (11:58 when appointment was 12). Masseuse then said “come” so I followed into room and then she told me to leave the room again and go sit down. Very confusing and not relaxing at all. Head rest kept moving during massage. No one present when I got changed and came out and I left alone without any goodbye
