Booked two massages and were put in the same room. The therapists talked and whispered none stop throughout the whole treatment. I reached out to the salon and they ignored me and treatwell will not issue refunds.

Left feeling worse than when I came in. We shared a room and the therapists talked to one another none stop throughout the treatment. I have reached out to the spa and to Treatwell. The spa have ignored me and treatwell have refused to help.
