The cut is bad: lumpy, not what I asked for and nothing like my reference pictures. The blow dry was worse. She put tonnes of nasty, sticky product in my hair without asking and blow dried it into this big, stiff helmet like something out of the 1970s. Is this what she thinks someone in their 50s should look like? It has really knocked my confidence. She offered to wash it out but I just wanted to get out of there.
