Simi was so lovely! Was really helpful and careful when doing my eyelashes. Only thing is a couple of them have fallen out after 3 days... although she did explain at the time of my appointment that I could go back and get some placed in if any fall out
Went in the top up my roots with blonde highlights. Left with purple ends and brassy roots. My hair is considerably darker which is the opposite of what I wanted. She clearly over did it with the toner, but wouldn't admit it. Nothing worse that a hairdresser trying to convince you that your bright blonde hair is suppose to look purple/grey.
Also, I wouldn't trust a salon that bleaches your hair and then doesn't use heat protection when blow dying.
I'm pretty upset and didn't really know what to say at the end.
I would not recommend.
Nicely presented.
Noisy with no effort to create calm ambiance in treatment room. I was left with an open door to listen to other client consultations and a ticking timer. No privacy or peace.
