as soon as i walked in i felt like a princess the greeting was lovely the other customers say hello to each other too

She had to use another woman to help hold and stretch my skin so she could wax it. She left so much hair I didn’t even feel like I’d had a wax. Went back the next day and another woman went over the patches that were left but this has ripped my skin and given me scabs!!!! Never going back again
When I arrived my hair appointment was first as I have hair, nails and eyebrow threading booked. One of the staff members in the hair salon told me as they were busy to go and have my nails done first as it was quiet. Once I started having my nails done by the nice indian lady, someone marched over and complained that I was supposed to have my hair done first. I explained that I had been told by someone to have my nails done first. The lady was not very happy and kept hassling the indian lady doing my nails asking her to hurry up or how long she was going to be so I could go for my dry cut. She was hovering over so much that the nice indian lady let her take me for my haircut halfway through my manicure. Haircut was done efficiently and I am pleased with the results, but the lady was rather abrupt. I then went back for my manicure and foot file and polish. It was really uncomfortable as I was having my gel manicure and feet done at the same time so I had to sit uncomfortably sideways so that it could be done simultaneously. The same lady who did my feet nails and polish threaded my eyebrows and did a really bad job of them. I noticed when I got home there were still many hairs to be threaded and also the varnish on some of my toes was lumpy/not smooth. Overall apart from the nice indian lady doing my shellac manicure which she did an excellent job, I was unimpressed with the other staff/ambience of the place. I would not go back and was thoroughly disappointed overall.
Great service, gave good advice on how to maintain hair afterwards and also a follow up wash to show me how to keep it nice. Very helpful and listened to my concerns about having bleached hair. Other hairdressers wouldn’t do it but I got it done here without any problems!
