Nice treatment overall, unfortunately head massage was not as relaxing as I was expecting.
I booked last minute and my booking hadn’t written in their book when I arrived, so it was a bit chaotic and not the warmest welcome, but the blow dry Mary did was absolutely fantastic, so all worth it in the end!
Nail varnish seems to be good quality but I paid for a classic manicure but only really received a file and polish. Not as good as other places - was finished in 25 minutes.
Good haircut though some confusion initially over the treatwell booking - they didn't seem to be aware of the booking and had to discuss with all members of the team if anyone knew about it.
