The texture & shape of my hair is ruined. I’m upset. I won’t be coming here again unfortunately and it’s dissapointing that the prices are so extortionate yet I’m leaving with regret that I shouldn’t have got my haircut here. I was not given what I asked for at all.

My partner came in for a trim (not a restyle) & showed Kepa pics for reference - shorter on back, long fringe and long on sides. Kepa did his own thing nowhere near the request and gave him a mullet - short fringe, short on sides and longer on back.
