First time at Mullet and loved it! Lewis didn't overwhelm with chitchat and listened to my expectations from the haircut and shared good tips and professional advice. The entire team seemed super friendly and the offer of a drink while I was waiting was a lovely touch!

The salon was going for industrial chic but came across as being unfinished. Mirrors needed a good clean and there was a pile of hair waiting for disposal under one unit. It was also absolutely Baltic. The balayage was very heavy handed and I feel I have been left with stripey hair (including some 90s stripes at the front) and incongruously blonde patches at the back and by my ears - so much so I’m going back to my old hairdresser across London to try to correct it.

My second haircut with Kepa and its always been the best cut! He knows how to get the best out of my otherwise flat fine hair. Will definitely not be going anywhere else!
