I really love my balayage and Kepa was great- so lovely and very accommodating. I must say though that my cut left me feeling a bit sad as I had worked to grow my hair thick and long for years and explained this to Kepa and how I only wanted a short amount off the length. I thought he understood but I ended up coming home with about 3.5-4 inches less of hair. Slightly devastated about that.

I wasn't quite sure what I wanted when I went in, but Diego was really reassuring and enthusiastic and in the end I took his advice and went for something I never would have chosen. It has turned out to be my best ever haircut!
