Ok..so here goes..I hate complaining but I booked a consultation with Kepa..who was very courteous..I wanted to have a full head of bleach..at the consultation I was told that that would not suit my hair..I showed Kepa what I wanted..which was to achieve a creative colour of lilac..I was informed I needed bayalage and it would be better for my hair. I was left with really brassy unblended colour even after 2 seperate Olaplex treatments over that week. Not worth £175..it really looks like a box dye
