A mixed review unfortunately. Had my highlights done with Louise which has come out brilliantly, can't recommend this stage enough. However, it was meant to take 1hour 40m but ended up taking over 2 hours so had to dash out without the blow-dry that I paid for. Just one of those things and was happy to forgo it in order to get the colour spot-on. However, at the same time she suggested that I book in for a cut with Ben. Returning a few days later, I asked for just a trim and specifically said that I didn't want a blow dry. Ben offered to put layers in which I also told him didn't want but eventually relented and actually they do look good. But this 'cut and blow dry' was £70, which they only told me at the counter. I only wanted, and asked for, a trim. And I've paid for 2 blow drys that I've not had.
In summary, good technique, a shame the experience was soured by a lack of transparency and ridiculous prices.

I was looking for a salon to near my new office - what a find! Had my T section highlights done during my lunch break. Lovely place, great staff. Very happy. Will return.
