Really lovely team and welcoming salon, my main concern with the balayage is that it resembles more of a highlighted head of hair than free hand balayage techniques I’ve had previously. I understand I was after a refresh with the colour starting higher up on my hair, I just feel it could have been smudged in a little more to make it appear more melted. There are lots of harsh lines underneath the top layer of hair that I have discovered, which is a shame because I like to part my hair in different ways, and I may struggle with that now if I am to hide the blunt lines. Toner gives it a lovely colour but I just feel let down by the technique.
The Wellaplex treatment you gave is brilliant, hair feels strong and soft!
Thank you overall for the time spent on my hair, just not entirely happy with the effect.

The massage itself was great and staff were lovely. Downside was the therapist had a cold and was very sniffly but she was very apologetic about it. Would be better with some music in the room as close to the nail bar and you can hear anyone’s conversation.
