Treatwell did not specify that this salon does use electric files to remove polish. While my nails had Shellac on acrylics, the beauty therapist did spend extra time filing them down manually in order to get it all off. The manager also called the next day to apologise for the misleading advertising. Overall, customer service is excellent, albeit nail treatments are limited. This is a small salon tucked away in the City, I would recommend for a quick lunchtime beauty treatment.
