Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. I asked for a dark brown hair colour to warm up my light brown hair. I am pale and was very specific that I didn't want it too dark. It came out black and it looks terrible on me. I received a rough dry even though I paid for a cut and blowdry. I left with half wet hair in the winter. The cut was also poor. When I went to pay he told me not to ever book through Treatwell again because they make no money from it. which made me feel uncomfortable.
