A bit disappointed with my deep tissue massage. Jenny took not one, but two phone calls during the massage which completely ruined it. It also started late so when it finished it had only been 50 mins instead of an hour even thought she kept trying to say she’d given me an extra five minutes.

The overall experience was not unpleasant but a few small things really did detract.
The masseuse (Catherine) appeared to be rather unwell - wrapped up warm in a fleece and sniffling. She did not communicate much despite when I expressed my inexperience with the treatment and questioning of what to expect. The massage was inconsistent; missing regions/ focusing on on half, the room was far too warm and the head rest was uncomfortable - all of which was difficult to communicate.

I always have a great massage here. I like proper deep tissue massages that hurt a bit at the time but really help with all my bad postural habits. My back, neck and legs all feel so much better today.
