I booked a head massage and I felt as though I was being tortured. It was incredibly painful. I was so upset and couldn’t understand why she was hurting me so much. Again and again on a point in my neck that was agonising. A truly awful experience. At the end, in the reception area Lily spoke to the girl at the desk and she then translated “your headaches are caused by problems in your neck. You need to have acupuncture” I never once mentioned that I suffered headaches. Never again!
