I was disappointed with my lymphatic drainage massage. The therapist seemed unprepared and lacked the necessary skills, which was surprising given my previous positive experiences. For £60, I expected a higher standard. I reached out to the salon for a resolution but received no response. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
