The most amazing customer service, I got caught up at work and wasn't going to make it on time, so I called to reschedule (and partially expecting to forfeit the booking because it was my fault) and we picked another time and day, then she called back to say the therapist was willing to stay back to wait for me. That's above and beyond. The massage was also excellent,sorting out an aching back. Fab customer service and a great massage means I'm coming back. Thank you so much.
