I felt uncomfortable at this salon. There was no consultation when I arrived. I wanted a trim and she kept making one side shorter and having to match the other side and I had to ask her to stop cutting. I was also charged for straightening my hair

Happy with colour/stylist. 3 issues - price I booked + paid for was different - this should have been communicated before as hadnt budgeted & having had highlights I did expect my roots to be covered but have been told to return for a root touch up?

Went to the salon on the date& time. I booked and was told this it was double booked and they couldn’t fulfil the appointment. No one had tried to call me or let me know. The gentleman said he told his boss. I asked to speak to the boss on the phone who wasn’t helpful at all and did not try to resolve it. The gentleman said that he could fit in for the treatment the day after so did this. Very disappointed as this was on my sisters birthday for her present. The treatment once done was great
