i was asked how i wanted the temperate of the water (warm) and was given freezing cold, i asked for no more than an inch off my ends and there’s maybe 3-4 inches off now, i have scalp psoriasis and i feel like the main topic brought up was how my scalp condition is maybe 5-6 different times throughout my session, also felt like quite a rushed quick job. personally not a good experience but still thankful for the time given to me.
