Very friendly staff and great salon but first time having Biab and the application wasn’t great. I was booked in for an hour appointment but was done in 30 minutes resulting in a very poor application. They have booked me in with another member of the team to try and rectify it

She really took her time and treated my nails as if they were her own.
She is patient and always checking that I was happy with what she was doing.
I chose cat eyes and the nail polish wasn’t initially reacting to the magnetic process, but she patiently continued, and we got the perfect result.
