I booked 09:30 but salon opened at 10:00 (bank holiday), which is unacceptable. I then waited for wax to heat. The room was unclean, staff were arguing, and hygiene was poor (a dropped glove was reused). Wax quality was low and petroleum jelly used after. The service was rushed, uncomfortable, and incomplete. I request a full refund.

I think you should put 2 people in your shop not just 1,poor Ulmila she's always on her own every time I go there she's alone, she turndown many customers because she's on her own, you lost a lot of customers.
