I can’t fault Payal on her behaviour as she was lovely. That being said the wax was apparently too hot and left a huge purple burn on my intimate region. I have a very high pain tolerance so did not realise, and I don’t think I’ll be returning. There was also hair left which I thought could easily been taken off with another layer. The attention to detail could use some work.

Kasia was warm and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and discussed different options. She explained how she was going to proceed and checked in frequently to make sure I was happy. I would highly recommend Kasia.
The salon did seem a little short staffed.
I would also recommend that photos of stylists be on the website, so customers can remember the stylist they preferred.
