Incredibly disappointed. The wash, cut, and blow-dry were rushed, done in 20 minutes with no sectioning or checks—leaving a visibly uneven bob. When I raised concerns, the stylist said she was “busy busy” and to “go elsewhere.” She was visibly ill coughing throughout and proceeded to blow hair off my face with her mouth, very unhygienic! Worst of all, clippers cut the back of my neck—painful, red, and still not healed a week later. Very unprofessional.
