Booked a massage and cluster lash extensions. Arrived on time, but was told I was down for a lash lift instead. I explained that I specifically booked cluster lashes, but she said she doesn't do them and I’d need to come back another day. No one called to confirm or clarify. I canceled both as I was frustrated—poor communication and assumptions were made. Disappointed and won’t be returning.
