I booked a luxury gel manicure and pedicure.
Started 15 min late, got installed on a temporary table very uncomfortable, no cleaning process in place, manucure was done fast with no attention to detail using powered tool which could damage the nail bed. I had to ask to complain to be delivered the actual service I paid for. Complaint was that Treatwell takes a high percentage: why use the platform then?
I really don’t recommend.
