Charlotte is a movement specialist currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Dance Science at Trinity Laban University. With a background in Dance and Kinesiology, she has spent the past nine years in Vancouver, BC, honing her expertise in injury assessment, functional movement training, clinical Pilates, and fascial therapies. Her approach is comprehensive and holistic, integrating sport science with a deep understanding of individual differences to help clients achieve their goals. Charlotte specialises in active rehabilitation, injury prevention, and manual fascial therapy. She collaborates with clients to build trust, comfort, and awareness of their bodies, believing this connection reduces both physical and psychological stress. Her passion for physical and emotional wellness inspires her to create tailored programmes that improve overall health and performance, whether for exercise, artistic pursuits, or everyday life. In addition to her healthcare practice, Charlotte is a professional contemporary dancer, performing with an interdisciplinary collective. In her spare time, she enjoys training for triathlons, bouldering, playing basketball, and exploring aerial hoop. Claudia works within the fitness and creative industries as a Movement Practitioner, Coach, Director and Performer. She is Level 3 certified with Stott in Matwork and Reformer Pilates but also trains and coaches in other disciplines such as Running, Cycling and Barre.   Claudia’s movement practice is particularly interested in injury rehabilitation, pre/post-natal conditioning as well as training for performance in both Sport and the Arts.

Luigi graduated with a degree in Sports Science in Milan in 1998 and went on to earn multiple fitness qualifications, including certifications in Pilates Matwork, Pilates Reformer & Cadillac (Stott Method), and Personal Training. He later completed a Master’s in Physiology, further deepening his expertise in movement and performance. His career began in Milan, where he worked at some of the city’s most exclusive gyms. There, he taught a wide range of classes, from high- and low-impact aerobics and step choreography to strength and conditioning, cycling, and Pilates. In 2003, Luigi moved to Paris, spending three years at Le Klai Exclusive Club as a personal trainer while also managing the club’s Group Fitness department. Relocating to London in 2006, he took on the role of Group Exercise Manager for Third Space and Nuffield Health while continuing to work as a freelance personal trainer. In 2012, he founded Body Mind and Control Ltd, a company dedicated to fitness education, through which he now coaches trainers worldwide. Passionate about movement and physiology, Luigi helps his students at Mo.Co. stay strong, healthy, and energised. Committed to growth, he inspires the same in those he teaches.

With 17 years of experience in London’s fitness industry, Zhanna Makarevich is a certified advanced Mat and Reformer Pilates teacher and personal trainer. She works with clients at all levels, from beginners to professional athletes, using personalised techniques that emphasise control, alignment, and breathwork. Her expertise includes managing lower back pain, post-injury rehabilitation, training seniors, and pre- and post-natal Pilates. Zhanna also specialises in Pilates for sport-specific activities, helping clients improve core strength, posture, and balanceZhanna’s fitness journey began 25 years ago with strength training, which led to her career as a personal trainer and her involvement in CrossFit, Tough Mudder, and long-distance hiking. After overcoming lower back surgery with the help of Pilates, she was inspired to become a teacher herself in 2017. Today, she integrates small equipment, such as Pilates balls and rings, into her classes to keep sessions dynamic and effective. Originally from Southern Italy, Aurora’s lifelong passion for movement began with Ballet and contemporary dance, which she pursued from a young age after leaving her hometown at just 11. Following an injury that shifted her path, she discovered a new calling in Pilates - a practice that combined her love for movement with a deeper understanding of the body. Aurora is a STOTT PILATES® instructor with four years of experience teaching both private and group classes across London. Her teaching is rooted in precision, creativity, and a deep respect for movement as a tool for healing and resilience. She holds certifications in Mat and Reformer Pilates, Pre/Postnatal Pilates, Zenga, Total Barre, and more, and has recently completed a Sports Massage qualification. Currently studying Physiotherapy, Aurora continues to expand her knowledge of anatomy and rehabilitation, constantly learning and growing -  both as a teacher and within her own personal practice. In her classes, she draws on her background in dance to infuse Pilates with flow and grace, creating sessions that are both challenging and empowering, inviting clients to connect with their bodies, cultivate awareness, and move with curiosity and ease.

Shannon Towler is a graduate of the Natural Holistic Institute of Therapeutic Massage in Los Angeles, California. With over 10 years of experience in wellness, she has worked with both elite athletes and special populations, applying her knowledge of kinesiology, physiology, and anatomy to develop personalised treatment plans that focus on relief, mobility, and mind-body connection. Shannon combines deep tissue massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapies to create bespoke treatment plans for each client. Her holistic approach is rooted in active listening, observation, and hands-on assessment, allowing her to meet each individual where they are in their wellness journey. She believes in a 360-degree view of health, helping clients gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between body and mind. Shannon’s sessions are tailored to suit the unique needs of each client, varying pressure and technique to ensure a comfortable yet effective experience. She has undertaken further training in Injuries & Pathologies and brings experience in Clinical Pilates, supporting clients with rehabilitation, postural concerns such as tech neck and overall functional wellbeing. Drawing on her dance career and years of teaching in higher education, Katerina specialises in Pilates for dancers, combining her knowledge of alignment, performance and injury prevention. Her teaching is precise, intuitive and grounded in a passion for intelligent movement.
