How early should I arrive? Aim to arrive a few minutes early to give yourself time to settle in before your session.
How do I access the building? There is a silver buzzer system to the right of the large doors. Please ring the room name provided to you, and I will let you in. Once inside, please take a seat in the reception area.
Will it feel clinical or formal? No. The communal areas and rooms are designed to feel warm, welcoming and relaxing.
Are there drinking facilities? Yes, there is a kitchen where you can help yourself to water and herbal teas.
Are there bathroom facilities? Yes, a bathroom is available on site.
Can I make phone calls whilst I wait? To maintain a calm and relaxing environment for everyone, we kindly ask that you refrain from making phone calls in the waiting area.
Can I bring my bike inside? No, please use one of the nearby bike racks so we can keep entry and exit routes clear and safe for everyone.
