Adam was very welcoming and extremely knowledgeable! We discussed the pain I was having and what might be the most beneficial to help. The treatment itself was fantastic and Adam ensured I was comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

Adam was fantastic from start to finish. He carefully analysed my spine, as I’d recently been told at A&E that I have scoliosis but wasn’t given any other information or advice. Adam reassured me that it’s only mild, which really put my mind at ease. During the treatment, even though I had booked a deep tissue massage, he incorporated other techniques such as myofascial release to address my specific needs. Don’t hesitate to book a massage, he is very knowledgeable and skilled!!!

Can't rate highly enough. I had recently had a C section and had been experiencing some problems in the later part of pregnancy which had flared up again. Adam was able to adapt to this challenge and made sure I was comfortable at all times during the massage. He gave me some helpful advice on stretches and rehab to help with my recovery. The clinic room itself was a lovely environment and I felt very at ease.
