It was an amazing experience, Mo was such a professional. He kept checking with me every step and I felt I was in hands of a professional. He was also extremely polite and courteous. My blow dry was amazing and kept shape all night. What a gem this place is!

Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. I arrived only to be told the stylist can’t cut short hair and I have to wait 40mins for someone else despite me selecting short hair in the services. They then refused to cancel and offer me a refund. Still waiting to resolve. AVOID.
