Hawnaz was absolutely brilliant. She made me feel really comfortable over the 8sessions even though I’m not usually chatty. The place is always spotless and I got amazing results from the laser hair removal. I’d had it done many years before somewhere else, but with Hawnaz it wasn’t painful - the cool gel made such a difference. All that’s left are the blondest hairs, hardly anything. I’m 100% satisfied and have since gone for other treatments too like a lash tint and lift. Thoroughly recommend.
