The spa treatments were very nice lovely products and lovely ladies who looked after us ( party of 4 females)However, I was very disappointed with the facilities. Indoor pool too small .Not enough chairs to sit around it.NO outdoor pool. Changing rooms far too small had to wait for people to get changed before you could walk past them to your locker.only place I have ever been when people are aloud to drink champagne out of a GLASS whilst in the jaquisi!! No where to relax outside with a drink before I left for home therefore I left at 4pm.
Absolutely fantastic in every way. We were thrilled by the spa facilities and professional, helpful and knowledgeable staff. The lunch was absolutely amazing and the setting is beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful day!
They did not receive your booking and were unable to give us any treatments and we paid £85 a head. I was hoping to speak to someone at treatwell but cannot find a number. Please contact me.
Couldn’t relax by the pool as every bed had been reserved, there was a sign prohibiting this but it wasn’t being reinforced by the staff! The masseuse was below average, I’ve had massages in other country clubs that far exceeded this one, she seemed disinterested and threw her arms around my back in no particular fashion! Her belly was also pressing against the top of my head! Food was fine!
