Great massage from Arkaitz as always. He’s knowledgeable and very helpful, and would focus on the areas of pain to help you recover as well as recommend some exercises and stretches. Super clean and covid conscious, always wearing all the required protective gear.
Deep Tissue Massage
Fantastic massage and some physiotherapist for my neck, which was much needed. I left feeling much better and Arkaitz gave me some exercises to do at home. Very happy and will be going back. My partner had a massage with Arkaitz two days later and he loved it too.

Great massage and such lovely staff. Really good therapist with some very interesting techniques, and very keen to adapt style to suit you. Highly recommend.
Therapeutic Massage
This was my first massage with Arkaitz - I normally see Nui - and my first since Covid precautions came in. Arkaitz did an excellent job, listened to what I wanted to focus on, and delivered the de-stressing experience I badly needed. Motion Bodywork are following Covid guidance very conscientiously, and that means open windows and some PPE requirements, but I thought Arkaitz managed to prevent that disrupting the calm atmosphere, and I felt safe. Overall it was fantastic to get a massage again!
