I really wouldn’t recommend this massage. I didn’t feel it did anything to release any tension in my body. I understand that the therapist needs to be gentle with a pregnancy massage but this felt like she just rubbed oil on my skin. She did ask if the pressure was OK and I told her she could definitely go harder, but she didn’t. I have quite a physical job so have tension in my hips and shoulders and I don’t feel these areas were addressed. It was a pretty disappointing experience.

I've now been to Mothers Inc and had a deep tissue massage from Charisma several times - love them! Always leave feeling so much less tense and more relaxed. As we had to push back my appointment time by 20 minutes, I was also given a complimentary head massage this time, which was amazing and so relaxing. Really recommend and always come back to this spot.
