Staff are wonderful, venue is lacking.
My therapist was lovely, encouraging me to relax and she really looked after me.
However I found the salon to be untidy, a lot of mess on worktops which made everything feel a little disorganised. I had to put my clothes on the floor whilst I had my treatment.
