Sorry I didn’t get the technicians name. A lovely French woman who gave me an (Almost) pain free bikini wax. I am a real wuss and she kept me adequately distracted with friendly chat and genuine interest about me. I did try to ask her to finish early a couple of times when it got a bit painful but she said it was her duty to do a good job! And she did. I’ll definitely go back

My therapist was lovely and put me at my ease when I arrived late (although I called in advance to let them know). Very pleased with the waxing experience; the therapist was quick but thorough - exactly what you want with a bikini wax!!
