Lovely lady, super straightforward and genuine but also kind. The wax was great, not too painful and she worked quickly. However she did miss a few hairs here and there and they weren’t ones I could just tweeze because of where they were, so it was a bit disappointing to not be 100% smooth! However my hair is fairly fine/fair so would be easy for her not to see and I get that it happens

Hadn't had a massage in a while. This came just at the right time. The whole experience was great, from walking in to reception, the massage and the feeling of "I deserved that" at the end.
