Really lovely service and atmosphere, Roxanne was really kind and friendly! Unfortunately my brow wax and tint treatment wasn’t great. The colour used was too dark for my skin tone and the shapes weren’t matched - after showing a picture of what I wanted at the start, I was a bit disappointed, and I left feeling a bit self conscious. Roxanne reassured me they would fade of course. Really pleased with the lash tint, and hopefully they can can use a lighter brown on my brows if I go back!
