From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. The massage was just what I needed. The temperature was just right, which hasn't been the case in other places. Despite being a relaxing massage has also really helped some back and shoulder pains. I'm the worst person for pain and the therapist who did my eyebrows was exceptional. She used numbing cream and explained the process so well, while I definitely felt it, it was nowhere near how others have described it! So happy with the results!

I don’t usually write bad reviews but the quality of the manicure was one of the worst I’ve seen. No attention to details, the polish didn’t cover the entire nail and chipped after a few days (a few!) while gel on my nails usually last for weeks. The quality of work was not professional and very disappointing.
