Mirela was fabulous - a lovely lady, very caring and easy to chat to about pressure to be applied etc. you also receive a lovely lemon water before and after the treatment. What let things down a little was that the toilet needed a really good scrub and there was a terrible smell inside, the treatment space itself was absolutely fine.
