you should be made to feel good about yourself and pamperd at a salon. I went for a gel manicure for valentine's as I knew my nails weren't in very nice condition due to an accident I'd had in a boxing class. I went to feel better about myself but the lady instead just kept telling me what bad condition my nails were in. I was fully aware of this which was why i'd booked the appointment. I just sat there for half an hour feeling judged and a bit gross

Lovely experience. I was seated straight away, even though I was early. I was given time to browse colours and once the manicure started, it was relaxing and professional. My nails looks fab and it only took about 30 minutes from start to finish! I'll definitely be back!

Firstly when I arrived they said I had not got an appointment, after checking I was told to take a seat. My manicure was rushed and I take my own vinylux polish if put in properly lasts 2 weeks but is already showing signs of tiredness. I will not be going again.
