Pam was amazing - she was so patient and informative. She is an encyclopaedia of knowledge! And so down to earth! She gave personalised advice after analysing my skin and lifestyle. She gave me useful knowledge to manage my skin. The treatment was brilliant and she explained every step in detail. My skin looks clearer, plumper and brighter. My acne is subdued. She was a breath of fresh air as she did not push to sell any products but the facial was so great I decided to get them anyway. Don’t have enough words to express how amazing this was. Completely lived up to the expectations that positive reviews here had set.
