I look forward to my facials with Pam for weeks and feel the benefit of them every single day. She has helped me to re-evaluate my skincare routine and every time I see her she teaches me more about the science behind the products she uses and gives me confidence. I don't know what I'd do without her (and everyone at the salon including the gorgeous dog are just lovely).

Pam has transformed my skin. I travel a lot for work and facials are my little treat while away. In all my travels, I have never found anyone remotely comparable to Pam and the team at Mortar & Milk (and I’m picky - researching where I go and who I book with). Every time I travel from Canada to the UK (3-4 times a year), I plan my work schedule around Pam’s availability. I love everything about her technique, her team, the product ranges and she is beyond incredible. Love, love love.
