I don’t even know where to start, from the moment I walked in to when I left it was wonderful. The team were so welcoming and I even got to meet Sams lovely dog! Lauren took me down to the treatment room and I really appreciated all the time spent talking about my skin as well just chit chatting! Lauren has so much knowledge and was really helpful and then the facial began and it was AMAZING. All the products are specially chosen and it was just a great experience. I will 100% be back ☺️.

Pam is revolutionising skincare. She talks you through the science of everything and gives you a simple skincare regimen to follow. This was the first truly worthwhile facial I have ever had. I will definitely be coming back.
