Sam was lovely, helpful and knowledgeable. Her treatments and advice made good sense and I felt very looked after and pampered. It was a friendly and relaxed appointment. I felt Sam listened to my skin concerns and questions, answered them fully and I did not feel rushed or hurried. My skin was clearer and calmer when I left the salon.
