Pamela walked me through the ins and outs of my skin, really taking the time to make sure I understood what it was doing and why. She gave fantastic recommendations based on my lifestyle, age and diet and suggested products that would work for me, crucially without ever pushing anything or trying to get me to buy anything. She was funny and warm and the treatment room was extremely comfortable, with a big fluffy duvet over a heated bed. Total dream of a visit, I can’t wait to be back!
