Pam was genuinely lovely, enthusiastic and passionate about skin and how to find the best possible solutions for you - regardless of whether it involved products or lifestyle changes. I feel like I learned so much from the experience and the general assessment at the beginning was extremely thorough. I can't recommend Mortar and Milk enough.

One of the best facials I ever had. Pam sat down with me for an hour discussing my habits and took pictures of my skin with a special machine that shows all the layers of damage (sun etc) and then tailored the facial accordingly. Great

I had a consultation and a 1 hour facial at Mortar and Milk last week. The consultation was really informative and has made me think about how I use sun protection (not enough) and moisturiser ( leaving gaps in application!). This was a proper in-depth bespoke 'treatment' session. I was given help and instruction for my specific needs. My facial was amazing and the redness I had in my complexion had gone completely as I left the shop. The consultant (I had Pam) had impressive knowledge and she was really happy to share that with me and help me get the best from my skin. I left feeling confident and I am very happy to say that a week on I am still seeing daily improvements in my skin. An amazing experience.

I was looking for some straight forward skin care advice and found it at Mortar & Milk. They gave me some plain speaking, intelligent advice and performed the procedure I needed without fuss and without any hard selling of product or further treatments! As a result I will be back. Highly recommended.

I met with a skincare consultant today at Mortar & Milk. It was suggested that is where we should start and I was worried it was going to be one big sales pitch to buy product. I was wrong. It was all about personalising my facial and learning up to date knowledge about my skin care (and age effects). The facial made me feel like a new woman. I was glowing! I felt fantastic and energised from the relaxing and effective treatment. Even my husband had to admit it was worth every pence. I will be back and I thank the staff for really making me feel special - and look it too.
