Moreno is an absolute star, I can't imagine letting anyone else cut my hair. I've been going to him for 7 years and haven't let anyone else cut it since.
Very knowledgeable about hair types and the way to treat it, gives you his honest opinion when it gets to different cuts and whether it's suitable.
He always greets you with a smile and takes an interest in your day. Asks if you'd like a beverage while you wait or during your appointment and then inquires about the hairstyle you want.
I can't recommend him enough.
