I had my first hair cut with Moreno in 2016, and have literally followed him around every salon he has worked in since then. I have only cut my hair with another dresser once when I was away on an extended holiday.
He is super talented, always gets what I ask for, is a joy to be around.
Absolute legend, half of my friends go to him religiously following my recommendation.
