Sweet people, awful hairdressers - had to go for another hair cut and blow dry elsewhere to sort it out...colour yet to be resolved
Well it wasn’t the best. The salon has a burst pipe and absolutely stunk of damp, freezing morning and door was left open with no heating on. This is the second time I’ve been to the salon and although there is a price on Treatwell which I paid in advance I was asked to pay £20 extra each time, this really annoys me. The price should be what’s on Treatwell. I have no idea what made me go back a second time, honestly stupid decision!
The highlights were put in and then taken out no toner I asked her before she put them in to get them close to my scalp as I wanted it to look fresh, this wasn’t done. It doesn’t even look like I’ve had my hair done. Was told my hair was damaged even though she had just bleached it then proceeded to blow dry without any heat protector. When I got home I checked under the top layer and found she hadn’t even done a proper half head of highlights and the highlights I had had done previously were not gone over. I can’t tie my hair back because of this, it’s patchy and uneven. I feel awful for saying this and I really hate giving negative reviews it wasn’t the best, don’t go there Like me you will have to go and get it fixed at another salon :-(
Fantastic! What a lovely lady and a brilliant job done.
The colour didn’t mach mach my previous highlights. The hairdresser pulled out so many hair while combing my wett hair. It was very rough touch and I asked her to do it (maybe 5 times) smoother.
Overall cheap highlights und cut, but I rather pay more to get a better service.
